Through our unique services that support Principals, we aim to increase the longevity of Principals in their current roles, and by doing so improve the outcomes for education on a global scale. We aim to make Principal's HQ the one-stop shop for Principal's Services and Advisory.
MEET THE TEAM
OUR STORIES
Beth has over 40 years experience in education, including 19 years as Principal of PLC Perth (1997 – 2015) and 7 years as the CEO for the Association of Heads of Independent Schools of Australia (2016 - 2022). In 2022 Beth was awarded an Order of Australia (AM) for services to education and youth. She is a founding member and former Chair of Alliance of Girls’ Schools Australasia and currently serves as a Board member of AITSL, AISNSW, Queenwood School (Sydney) and Kardinia International College (Geelong).
Luke has a genuine desire to support Principals to be the best leader they can be for their community. He has a career that spans corporate and not-for-profit organisations as well as fifteen years in a variety of leadership positions at Presbyterian Ladies College, Wesley College and St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls in Perth. He is also the co-host of the Edleaders Podcast.
